Don't get astonished!!! Now the Nepalis are coping with an 12 hours of daily load shedding since the 29Th of December 2008 (14Th of Poush 2065 ).That may be a new gift to we Nepali people at the year end presented by the NEA(Nepal Electricity Authority) or the new government of Nepal,if we say directly.It was not a new thing for us to face the annual problem of load shedding especially during the dry days of winters.But this year the schedule of the power cut is really in its apex stage.My Goodness! for 12 hours we have to be without light,its half a day!!.
One thing that i want to predominantly say is that,we are so used to use the electricity that we cannot imagine our lives without it.Mostly for those who live in the urbans,cities and the sub urbans where people use electricity for more than lighting their residents.They cannot now return to the village life again that they have once faced.
Lots of ways are there the government can do to cope with this ado.Wind energy at the mountainous region like Jomsom etc ,solar energy etc could help to reduce the effect of this disease.But i do not find the government plan to work with the diesel thermal plant wise .It's not a sustainable prevention against the disease as soon the price of diesel will rise in the international market and even in Nepal,then the investment on the plant will go on vain.Moreover its not Eco-friendly.Both the citizens and government should do home works to prevent this disease to be prevent.
!!HOPE TO SEE 24 HOURS LIGHT IN WHOLE NEPAL!!
